3: Disciple followers of Jesus

The overall characteristic of people in this church is that they would be supremely in love
with Jesus evidenced by obedience to Him in every area of their lives. When going
through trial they would turn to Jesus for strength and loving other Christians as Christ
loves us. End result would be full maturity or a very healthy church.

Matt 28: 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has
been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in
the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,20 and teaching them to obey
everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the
age."
Ephesians 4:13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of
God and
become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

4: Develop True Fellowship

I see a group of people who come together, large or small, with a devotion to one
common person and his_cause - Jesus. I see this Christian fellowship devoted to a
comradeship through all kinds of difficulties and battles and good times. I see that
Christian fellowship expressing caring concern for others needs. The result is continual
encouragement, comfort and challenge to glorify God.

Heb 10 24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good
deeds. 25 Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let
us encourage one another— and all the more as you see the Day approaching. Acts 2:
4211 They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the
breaking of bread and to prayer.

5: Minister to Peoples' Needs

We see that Ministry is people serving others by touching each other -with acts of
kindness- doing good in word and deed.     It is action oriented where every follower of
Christ has a job (ministry) and are not "unemployed or underemployed. " It is a very
broad range services.   It can be a cup of cold water to some major miracle. I want
people to see they can minister and are a necessary part of a healthy body. People who
are eager to help one another. Mammoth growth in maturity and depth in the knowledge
of Christ will result.

Tit 3:14 Our people must learn to devote themselves to doing what is good, in order that
they may provide for daily necessities and not live unproductive lives.
Eph. 4: 12-16 to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may
be built up 13 until
we all reach unit)' in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become
mature, attaining to the whole
measure of the fullness of Christ. 14 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and
forth by the waves, and
blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men
in their deceitful
scheming. 15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him
who is the Head, that is,
Christ. 16 From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting
ligament, grows and builds
itself up in love, as each part does its work.

6: Raise Up Leaders For Christ

/ see leaders raising up who understand the times who know what to do and are people
of action to advance the kingdom They are servant leaders committed to raising up other
leaders who see the big picture who adhere to the principles of the church. Who are
filled with holy Spirit and wisdom. These leaders will be a dynamic whose changed lives
lead others to changed lives.

2Tim 2;2 And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses
entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others.

There are six areas of ministry that God has called this Church to focus on which are:
1: Worship God with all our hearts

I want to see people exclusively worship God. I would like people to see that it is a heart
issue that translates into life. The focus must be on God, (Father Son & Holy Spirit) not
ourselves, our interests. We allow exploring and using all biblically compatible means of
worship. Personal effort is involved to allow and embrace means of worship beyond our
present comfort zone

Mt 4:8-10 Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the
kingdoms of the world and their splendour. 9 "All this I will give you," he said, "if you will
bow down and worship me." Jesus said to him, "Away from me, Satan! For it is written:
'Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only

2: Evangelize the Lost

We want to have a continual flow of people won to the Lord coming and being brought
into the church, from a small fickle (now) to a major flood.   We want to see people
excited as they actively share their faith.. We want to be winning people to the Lord by
individual encounters and as a church working together to accomplish this purpose both
at home and abroad. We want to see 1000s of people won to God around the world
because we had something to do with it.

Luke 5:1 *j, One day as Jesus was standing by the Lake of Gennesaret, with the people
crowding around him and listening to the word of God, 2 he saw at the water's edge two
boats, left there by the fishermen, who were washing their nets. 3 He got into one of the
boats, the one belonging to Simon, and asked him to put out a little from shore. Then he
sat down and taught the people from the boat. 4 When he had finished speaking, he said
to Simon, "Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch." 5 Simon answered,
"Master, we've worked hard all night and haven't caught anything. But because you say
so, I will let down the nets. " 6 When they had done so, they caught such a large number
offish that their nets began to break. 7 So they signalled their partners in the other boat to
come and help them, and they came and filled both boats so full that they began to sink.
8 When Simon Peter saw this, he fell at Jesus' knees and said, "Go away from me, Lord;
I am a sinful man!" 9 For he and all his companions were astonished at the catch offish
they had taken, 10 and so were James and John, the sons of Zebedee, Simon's
partners. Then Jesus said to Simon, "Don't be afraid; from now on you will catch men."
11 So they pulled their boats up on shore, left everything and followed him.
Romans 10:14-15 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how
can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without
someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is
written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!
